How do I use it?
Fasten the strap around the area and switch on at level 1. Choose one of the 3 modes and work up until it feels strong but comfortable. We recommend sessions of around 15 minutes per area, up to twice a day.
Where on the body can I use it?
Waist, lower back, hips and thighs with the strap. For shoulders, calves and arms, hold the ring in your hand. Don't use it on your head, the front of your neck, directly on joints, or on broken or irritated skin.
Is it quiet?
Yes. It runs with a low hum, quiet enough to use at the office or next to someone watching TV.
Will it fit me?
The adjustable strap is 1.3 m long, so it fits around most waists, hips and thighs.
How long does the battery last?
One charge lasts at least a full day of use. Recharge it with the included cable. There are no gel pads or refills to buy.
Will it help me lose weight or slim my waist?
No, and we'd be wary of any massager that says it will. UnwindRing 2.0 is made for relaxing and easing everyday tightness. It works best alongside movement and training, not instead of them.
Is it safe for everyone?
It's a massage device, not a medical device. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have had recent surgery or an injury, or have a circulation condition, check with your doctor before using it.
